Chang and Ling Li
Wow, haven't drawn Chang in a long time.
Nor his sister. I gotta pay more attention to these two, they are very important characters. And very dangerous. 
If you you guys remember how Chang is then you should know he gets his ways from his sister.
Playing pranks, stealing, blowing things up, etc...
Ling isn't really that tall and Chang isn't that short, this was just a funny way of drawing Chang shortness.

i love her design. It nice to actully see a stand alone pic of her. The only time we see her is in the comic. And even then its so brief. (that might have to do with the comic not being finish . . not gonna get into that)
